madisonMadison Coulson, Student Services Manager
As the Student Services Manager, Madison oversees and assists our admissions officers and ensures all student needs are met from enrolment to graduation. Madison completed her Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University. Her passion to help others and share knowledge makes her a great resource for supporting students! Outside of work, Madison enjoys reading novels, spending time with family and friends, and doing anything sports related.

Kacia Mullings, Admissions Officer
As the first year Admissions Officer, Kacia oversees students during the enrollment process. Her positive and warm attitude enhances every student’s experience. With over 10 years of recruiting and placement experience, she is able to provide world-class customer service, excel in relationship management, and drive success. Kacia has a passion and love for people and her greatest satisfaction is the success of others. Kacia has completed the Massage Therapy program through our sister school, ACMT, so she can provide first-hand knowledge to all inquiring students!

Brianna Knoop, Student Services Coordinator
As a first-year admissions officer, Brianna guides students through the administrative side of the program, including student finances. From completing a Bachelor of Education to working and volunteering at schools throughout Edmonton, Brianna has spent much of her professional career immersed in the world of education. She is passionate about supporting others on their way to success! In her free time, Brianna enjoys the finer things in life: good food and neat plants.

Sarah Kidd, Admissions Officer
As a second-year admissions officer, Sarah helps students with all inquiries regarding the second-year Massage Therapy Diploma program. This includes ensuring that all student needs are met from the enrolment process through to graduation. Sarah completed an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management in Ontario before moving to Alberta 4 years ago to work with Catholic Social Services as a Volunteer Coordinator. She is a passionate professional who looks forward to supporting students throughout their journey of becoming an RMT! Outside the office, Sarah can most often be found spending time with her golden retriever, Winston, or rearranging the furniture in her house.


Heather Jamieson, Enrollment Specialist
Heather moved to Alberta 7 years ago from the east coast and has been working with PCMT and its sister schools, MOCC and ACMT, for 4 years. She is an ACMT Massage Therapy graduate, which allows her to fully understand the student experience. Outside of work, Heather enjoys baking, DIY projects, camping and spending time with her family and friends, especially her spouse and her daughter, Charlotte.

Carly Mayer, Clinic Manager
The Clinic Manager oversees all aspects of the Student Clinic experience, from day-to-day operations to student clinical objectives. After obtaining a B.A in Communication Studies, Carly moved out west to start her career. Organization, creativity and positivity drive Carly to encourage success for others in their field. Outside of work you’ll either find Carly playing softball, in the mountains or traveling. If she isn’t there she is spending her free time with her fur child Mitzi.

Rebecca Villeneuve, External Practicum Officer
Rebecca oversees all the external practicum students and upholds PCMT professional and educational standards. Rebecca is an alumnus of PCMT’s sister school, Alberta College of Massage Therapy, which helps her relate to the students. She has years of experience in the massage therapy industry. Rebecca is driven, friendly and always ready to answer your questions!
